In the unfortunately event you are unhappy with your So:Me purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise (according to the online USPS date of delivery) for replacement or full refund of the original product cost only, excluding original shipping cost. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the item to us (within the domestic U.S. only). Please DO NOT mail any returns/exchanges to us until you have contacted us and have received a reply approving your return/exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Items must be in the same condition that you received it. A full refund of the product cost will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
If your product is defective or damaged, you may exchange it within 30 days of delivery for the same item purchased. We will provide you a pre-paid shipping label to return your item (Domestic U.S. only) to us and the replacement item will be shipped to you at no cost. If that item is no longer available, you may select a comparable product in price from our available catalog. You may also elect to receive a credit for your returned item. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate or discount code will be emailed to you.
Original shipping & handling costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend you keep your shipping receipt and tracking number, in the event that we do not receive your product. So:Me is not responsible for returned merchandise lost during shipping.
